Before we issue a return authorization for warranty service we will require you to submit a warranty form on the Warranty & Returns section of our website. This includes providing the serial number of your coffee machine and proof of purchase to establish date of sale. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, your 12 months warranty period will run from the date of our first sale of the coffee machine in our records.
